Terms of Service

The service
stuson, operated by STUSON LLC, organizes your business content, builds a website assistant, tests its answers and helps install it. Your written project scope confirms the plan, sources, languages and any integration. The website demos represent fictional businesses and do not accept real service bookings or store orders.
Pricing and payment
Starter setup is $500 and Standard setup is $800. Optional maintenance is $100 per month. Prices are in US dollars. We invoice 50% to start and 50% at launch through STUSON LLC. You pay AI usage, hosting and any channel fees directly to the providers. Any work beyond the agreed scope requires written agreement before we charge for it.
Scope, revisions and timing
Setup includes two revision rounds within the agreed scope. Starter includes a test report with at least 30 questions; Standard includes 50. The target setup period is 7–10 business days after we have the required content, access and kickoff information. Delays in providing information or approving work can change the schedule. We agree the launch criteria with you before launch.
Your content and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for having permission to use it. Tell us when prices, policies or other facts change. The AI account, hosting account and your content belong to you. Give us only the access needed to complete the work. You must not use the service for unlawful activity or to store medical or financial records.
AI limitations
AI assistants can make mistakes. Testing reduces errors but cannot guarantee every future answer. The assistant should answer from your approved content and offer a human handoff when it cannot answer. Review important information before acting on it. We do not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, uninterrupted availability or the performance of third-party services.
Maintenance and cancellation
Maintenance is optional and can be canceled anytime by email. It includes up to four content updates each month, a monthly conversation report, fixes for wrong or missing answers, security updates and daily backups. We reply within one business day. After maintenance ends, your assistant and accounts remain yours and we provide notes for managing them. Provider usage and hosting charges continue until you cancel them directly. Your written agreement will confirm billing dates, cancellation timing and any refunds.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, STUSON LLC’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to STUSON LLC for that service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. This clause does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A lawyer must review the scope and enforceability of this clause before launch.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Wyoming law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Your written agreement may include additional project terms. Contact contact@stuson.com to discuss a concern before starting a formal dispute.
